If you wish to modify or cancel an order that has not shipped, please contact me as soon as possible. Once your order has gone into production, changes will be considered on a case to case basis and dependent on the complexity of the change. Once an item has shipped, please follow the returns procedure as noted in our returns policy. 

Because my jewelry is handcrafted, lead times vary for each piece. Estimated lead times are provided for each item on the website. I will notify you immediately should there be any production delays. Expedited delivery may be available on certain items. Please contact me prior to purchase should you have a special request. 

Card Charge

Your card will be charged in full at the time your order is placed.

special orders

I am often able to accommodate special requests. If you would like a necklace in a custom length, a larger or a different stone in one of my pieces, please contact me for more information. All custom orders are final sale.

You will receive an email confirmation of your order at the time of purchase, and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.
